You must not register in the producer register, but you may want to check whether your products are subject to producer responsibility and whether another business is subject to producer responsibility.

Has your business manufactured the vehicle, or has your business imported and placed the vehicle on the market on a professional basis?

This means you are the first level of the distribution chain in Denmark. Placing on the market on a professional basis covers sale, leasing, rental, and lending, with or without remuneration.
