How to obtain a determination on producer responsibility
If you are unsure whether producer responsibility applies to your company, you can request a determination from DPA. The determination confirms whether your company and products are subject to producer responsibility. If the determination finds that you are subject to producer responsibility, you must register in the Danish producer register.
