Application form for determination on packaging
This application form is used to collect the information DPA needs in order to assess whether your company and products are subject to producer responsibility for packaging.
The completed application form must be sent to jura@producentansvar.dk or via Digital Post.
If the application contains sensitive information, we recommend that you send it via Digital Post.
