Criteria for shift between producer schemes

This document describes the practical and administrative procedures made by DPA when producers shift between producer schemes or become individual complyer . Also the responsibility of both the producers and the collective schemes when a producer enters and leaves a collective scheme is defined as for time of shift- including transmission of data and financial guarantee and allocation.
