Definition of producers and importers (WEEE)

This document describes, how to decide whether or not a business is subject to producer responsibility for EEE in Denmark. It is the first level of the distribution chain in DK who has the responsibility. Foreign companies can only register if dealing in distance sales (eg. Internet sales). The rules apply for both producers as well as importers. Registration requires a VAT no. (CVR no.)
