Apply to register as a collective scheme

If your organisation wishes to be registered as a collective scheme, you must complete the application form below. Once submitted, DPA will contact you with information about the subsequent steps in the registration process.

As a collective scheme, you are required to comply with the following obligations:
  • Register and report data on behalf of affiliated producers, including product types and quantities.
  • Ensure proper management of waste streams to guarantee that products are collected, treated and recycled in compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Maintain communication with authorities and ensure compliance with all requirements set by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and DPA.
  • Inform members of their individual responsibilities and ensure access to relevant documentation and guidance.
  • Accept all companies subject to producer responsibility within your covered product areas as members of your scheme.

Before completing the form, it is important that you have thoroughly familiarised yourselves with what it entails to operate as a collective scheme within the respective product areas.
